I have never camped at a place that had office staff that were as rude as Frontiertown. Our check-in was horrible. The office staff were unhelpful when we had a question about why we were charged more than we were quoted when we booked our stay in January. I also witnessed one of the office staff give a man a hard time and he explained he had booked this trip from Iraq and had just returned home!! When the soldier left the office the woman at the desk called him a very bad name in front of me. The campground also changed our site without any notice. I spoke with three other campers that had to move their campers to different sites during their week long stay. I would never recommend this campground to anyone. The campground itself is nice, but not worth the price of being treated like crap by the staff.
